Welcome to Dawg Daze: The University of Washington's Week of Welcome. Scheduled from September 18-27, this event is designed as a comprehensive orientation program med at facilitating your discovery of the myriad resources avlable on campus, familiarizing you with essential landmarks, and building connections among UW staff members and students.
During Dawg Daze, you can expect an engaging mix of activities catering to diverse interests including academic enrichment, career exploration, social engagement, and cultural experiences. All events are meticulously organized across various locations, both in-person and virtually, to suit different preferences.
Dawn on September 18th marks the start of our week-long festivities with a Self-Guided Tour through Mary Gates Hall's North Lawn. This tour is an immersive experience that bls historical insights with the vibrant UW spirit, guiding you through its rich heritage and modern academic landscape.
